Refund and Returns Policy


At TARW Sports, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, stylish, and versatile sportswear. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email).

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  1. Customized or personalsed products
  2. Gift cards
  3. Sale or clearance items

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) to be returned, including the original packaging and tags. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.


If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We are unable to hold items or guarantee availability for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
