Tarw Sports – Free Club Kit Offer
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Tarw Sports Free Club Kit Offer (“Offer”). By participating in this Offer, the club (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.
- Eligibility
1.1 The Offer is available exclusively to UK clubs with an active and recognised status at the time of enquiry and order placement.
1.2 Tarw Sports reserves the right to request documentation or evidence to verify club eligibility.
1.3 Tarw Sports reserves the right to refuse participation at its sole discretion.
- Offer Details
2.1 Under this Offer, the purchase of every five (5) full team kits entitles the Customer to receive one (1) full team kit free of charge.
2.2 The free kit must be identical in design, specification, and sport to the purchased kits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 The Offer applies per qualifying order and cannot be aggregated across multiple orders.
- Age Categories
3.1 The Offer is available for both adult and junior (children’s) teams.
- Sports Covered
4.1 The Offer applies only to team kits for the following sports:
- Football
- Rugby
- Netball
- Cricket
- Hockey
No other sports are included unless confirmed in writing by Tarw Sports.
- What Is Included in a “Full Team Kit”
5.1 A “Full Team Kit” consists of the standard match-day garments relevant to the chosen sport, as defined by Tarw Sports at the time of order. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Playing shirt or top
- Shorts or skort
- Socks
5.2 The exact components, fabrics, finishes, and specifications of a Full Team Kit may vary by sport and product range and will be confirmed prior to order acceptance.
5.3 Accessories, training wear, outerwear, and supporter merchandise are excluded.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
6.1 A minimum order quantity of twelve (12) units per item, per team applies.
6.2 All items within a team order must meet the applicable MOQ requirements.
- Pricing & Payment
7.1 Full payment must be received and cleared before any order is processed, including design work and production.
7.2 Tarw Sports will not commence production or reserve manufacturing capacity until payment has been received in full.
- Design, Proofing & Approvals
8.1 Free design services apply to all stock designs only.
8.2 Bespoke or custom designs will incur a design fee starting from £100, subject to complexity and requirements.
8.3 Design proofs are normally provided for approval prior to production.
8.4 The Customer is solely responsible for checking and approving all proofs, including spelling, colours, logos, sizing, and layout as per T&Cs.
8.5 Tarw Sports accepts no liability for errors once final approval has been given.
- Lead Times
9.1 The standard production lead time is approximately six (6) weeks from final design approval.
9.2 Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to seasonal demand, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond Tarw Sports’ control.
- Non-Transferability
10.1 The Offer is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
10.2 The free kit has no standalone monetary value outside this Offer.
- Changes, Availability & Withdrawal
11.1 The Offer is subject to availability and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Tarw Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with these Terms.
- Governing Law
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Data Protection & GDPR
13.1 Tarw Sports Ltd (“Tarw Sports”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13.2 Personal data collected in connection with this Offer may include, but is not limited to, names, contact details, billing information, delivery addresses, and artwork approvals provided by club representatives.
13.3 Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of:
a) administering and fulfilling orders;
b) managing design, proofing, production, and delivery;
c) processing payments and invoicing;
d) communicating with the Customer regarding orders or enquiries; and
e) complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
13.4 The lawful bases for processing personal data include contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal obligation, as applicable.
13.5 Tarw Sports will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary to fulfil contractual obligations (including manufacturers, printers, couriers, and payment providers) or where required by law. All third parties are required to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
13.6 Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
13.7 Data subjects have the right to:
a) request access to their personal data;
b) request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
c) request erasure of personal data where legally permissible;
d) request restriction or object to processing; and
e) request data portability, where applicable.
13.8 Requests relating to personal data rights should be made in writing to Tarw Sports using the contact details provided on our website.
13.9 Tarw Sports implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
